Sulamith Mikhailovna Messerer ( ruso : Суламифь Михайловна Мессерер, 27 agosto 1908-3 junio 2004) fue un ruso bailarina y coreógrafa , que sentó las bases del ballet clásico en Japón .

Sulamith studied in the Moscow Ballet School under Vasily Tikhomirov and Elisabeth Gerdt and danced in the Bolshoi Theatre from 1926 until 1950.
